NORTHERN STYLE SEVEN STAR PRAYING MANTIS

Northern style Seven Star Praying Mantis focuses on speed and agility.  The methods and style of this martial art has quick, whip-like and lashing movements.  Its powerful movements comes from the usage of the waist to deliver power behind each strike.  You will learn mid to long range kicking, trapping skills to control your opponent, joint locks, throws, wrist/arm techniques, hand techniques and speed to deliver continuous strikes. This style of martial art builds balance, coordination, and body-linked “supple” movement.  Northern Seven Star Praying Mantis suits all people regardless of gender and size.  This martial art promotes health, weight loss, builds self-esteem and teaches self-defense.
